I am currently focusing exclusively on mediating any type of civil conflict and dispute. I have mediated all types of cases, including but not limited to Personal Injury, Labor & Employment, Consumer, Business & Commercial litigation, Family law and Divorce cases, and various types of non-litigation community civil disputes.

Conflict is hard. My role is to create a calm, structured space where each person is heard, options are explored, and practical agreements emerge. I guide participants through open discussion and practical problem-solving to reach balanced, lasting agreements. My goal is to help parties move forward with understanding while saving time, money, and unnecessary stress.

Mediation for commercial issues, business disputes, contract disagreements, insurance claims, consumer issues, real estate, and multi-party matters are resolved privately, confidentially, and efficiently.

Family Law, Divorce & Elder Care Disputes

Divorce, child custody, child visitation, child support, division of assets and debts, parenting plans, Elder care and adult family issues, and other sensitive family matters are resolved with empathy, compassion, and consideration.

Mediation for Any Litigation or Non-Litigation Matter

In the course of a legal career spanning more than 50 years of service and having represented clients as an advocate or settled disputes as a mediator, I have been involved in every conceivable type of business and personal dispute. As such, the chances are quite good that I have either represented a client as an advocate trial attorney or mediated such a case.

MEDIATION FEES

*Consultation one hour/no charge

*$500.00 for Non-litigated Cases ($250.00/side; contingent on # of parties).

*$600.00 half-day for Litigated Cases ($300.00/side; contingent on # of parties)

*$1,200.00 full day for Litigated Cases ($600.00/side; contingent on # of parties)

*$2,400.00 continuing/on-going/multi-day mediation ($1,200.00/side; contingent on # of parties)

Mediation sessions available remotely, via Zoom. Serving San Antonio, Bexar County, and Texas. Evening and weekend times available upon request. 

Bilingual Mediator: Spanish-Speaker
