Experience & Commitment
I have over 50 years of practice as a trial attorney and litigator. I have had hundreds of jury trials, non-jury trials, and hearings as lead counsel during my 50 years’ experience as a trial lawyer. I initially served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office for 5 years. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office, I represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in the following areas of law: Personal Injury, Labor & Employment, Consumer, Criminal, Business & Commercial litigation, and Family and Divorce. With decades of legal and mediation experience, I bring a balance of legal knowledge and human understanding to each case, ensuring fair, efficient, and lasting agreements.
