All consultations and mediation sessions are held remotely, via Zoom. Flexible online scheduling.  Evening and weekend times available, upon request.

Appointment Types:

• Consultations - No charge

• One-half (1/2) day mediation - (4 hours - See fees below)

• Full-day mediation - (8 hours - See fees below.)

• Continuing/ongoing/multi-day mediation - (See fees below)

Mediation Fees

*Consultation one hour/no charge

*$500.00 for Non-litigated Cases ($250.00/side; contingent on # of parties).

*$600.00 half-day for Litigated Cases ($300.00/side; contingent on # of parties)

*$1,200.00 full day for Litigated Cases ($600.00/side; contingent on # of parties)

*$2,400.00 continuing/on-going/multi-day mediation ($1,200.00/side; contingent on # of parties)
